General Conditions
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge our privacy policy and consent to the use of your personal data as described therein.
Ordering Process
Your purchase is considered final only once you have received an official order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to enter into a purchase agreement with us.
We reserve the right to decline an order or cancel it (in whole or in part) prior to dispatch. Any advance payments will be refunded to the originating bank account.
Deliveries are only made for products that are in stock or are expected to be received from our suppliers. Until an item has left our warehouse, we reserve the right to cancel your order if the product becomes unavailable. In such cases, you will be contacted, and any payment will be refunded without undue delay. We do not undertake to source unavailable products from alternative suppliers.
Age Requirement
Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or older. Verification of age may be required when accessing the website and completing payment. Orders placed under false pretenses or in someone else’s name without authorization may be reported to authorities.
Pricing and Fees
All prices shown on the website are listed in the selected currency and include shipping costs where applicable. Additional charges may apply for unclaimed parcels. The final total, including any delivery costs, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery
We offer several shipping options depending on the delivery address, order size, and chosen method.
The delivery date is defined as the day the goods are confirmed as received by the customer, according to the carrier’s tracking system.
Once the products leave our warehouse, the transport risk passes to the customer in accordance with EXW (Ex Works Incoterms 2020).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may differ from the actual delivery time. No compensation is given for delays.
If a shipment is not collected, the customer will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
Any transport damages must be reported to our customer service within two (2) business days of receipt (seven (7) for concealed damages). Failure to report within the time frame may result in loss of compensation.
For business-to-business transactions, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Promotional Discounts
Promotional discounts are only valid for a limited period and may be subject to restrictions.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or used on excluded products, brands, or gift cards.
A minimum purchase amount may be required to redeem an offer.
If you return a discounted order, only the amount you actually paid (after applying the discount) will be refunded.
Payment
Payments can be made via prepayment or invoice. The terms are displayed at checkout.
For invoice payments, the due date is stated on the invoice, counted from the day it is issued. Late payments may incur reminder fees in line with applicable law.
By accepting these Terms, you agree that invoices and credit notes will be sent electronically.
All payments are securely handled by Nordic Express AB and processed through NETS Payments.
Prices
The prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices for your order. Our store supports multiple currencies, and the prices are shown in the currency you select. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are exclusive of VAT and excise taxes.
We reserve the right to correct misprints, errors, or obvious inaccuracies.
Prices may be adjusted before delivery, in which case you will be notified and given the right to cancel your order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for ensuring that products meet the specifications stated at the time of sale, subject to the following limitations:
We are not liable for minor deviations that do not affect the intended use of the product.
We are not liable for defects caused by misuse, modification, incorrect installation, or negligence by the customer or third parties.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
We do not cover indirect losses, such as business interruptions or data loss.
Customers are responsible for backing up data prior to installing new hardware or software.
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, war, transport disruptions, or supplier issues.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always published on our website and applies from the moment you place a new order. Consumer protection laws, including GDPR, apply to all purchases made on this site.
